Technical Manager

Overview

As Technical Manager, you will lead a small, skilled team to ensure the manufacture and compliance of a high-quality product range. You will be hands-on on the shop floor and drive day-to-day operations, while coordinating NPD and liaising with international suppliers. You will oversee product quality, manage team workload and timelines, and support process improvements to sustain growth. Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of products being manufactured
• Hands-on support to shop floor staff
• Manage the teams time and workload
• Lead projects/products through the manufacturing process (NPD involvement)
• Coordinate with international suppliers
• Ensure compliance of product range

Key requirements

• Experience within a manufacturing industry
• Experience/knowledge in technical manager, production, quality, design or similar roles
• Willing to commute or live local to Loughborough
• Experience in managing projects/products through the manufacturing process (preferred)
