Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Fee Earner/Solicitor role specializing in Conveyancing, based in London. The role involves managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders; preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts; conducting property searches; and providing expert advice to clients. Strong organizational skills will be essential for maintaining compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, including managing end-to-end property transactions.
- Strong knowledge of property law, including contract preparation and interpretation, property searches, and handling legal formalities.
- Keen attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding client communication and relationship management skills to engage with diverse clientele.
- Proficient IT skills for legal software and case management systems.
- Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer qualifications are essential.
- Minimum (PQE) experience required: 1 year.
- Proven industry experience in delivering high-quality legal services within a fast-paced environment.
