Maintenance & Facilities Technician – Luxury Care Home

Signature Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our luxury care and nursing home in Caversham fully functional. You will handle maintenance requests, advise on improvements and perform PAT testing while maintaining accurate records.

You will work under health and safety guidelines to minimise disruption and ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for residents, with occasional weekends and full-time hours.
