Overview
In this role you will lead Oracle Finance Transformation workstreams on large projects, shaping end-to-end solutions for clients. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design and deliver Oracle-based projects, driving value through process improvements and integrated systems. You’ll contribute to the growth of the Finance Transformation practice and help develop colleagues in a diverse, inclusive environment. The opportunity combines senior delivery leadership with hands-on design, governance and stakeholder engagement to impact complex finance transformations.

Responsibilities
- Manage workstreams in large-scale Oracle projects (planning, execution, monitoring)
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and tailor Oracle solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work with a team of specialists across functions
- Contribute to growth and development of the Finance Transformation practice

Key requirements
- Practical experience in Oracle ERP/Finance Transformation with strong focus on Oracle Projects/Project Financial Management
- Strong Finance business process knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications
- Experience leading or managing Oracle Projects functional design and delivery (Project Costing, Billing, Control, Capital projects)
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Project Financial Management (setup, cost capture, billing, revenue, capitalisation, GL)
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Project Management/Project Financial Management (Costing, Billing, Control)
- Knowledge of project and commercial models (internal, customer-funded, capital) and their impact on costing, billing, revenue, accounting
- Experience with upstream/downstream integrations across Procurement, Expenses, Time & Labour, Payroll, Fixed Assets, GL, and related systems
- Ability to identify process improvements and automation opportunities in Project Financial Management
- Understanding of AI and Generative AI capabilities in Finance/ERP and relevant use cases
- Experience with end-to-end Oracle ERP lifecycle and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Experience facilitating client workshops and engaging with Finance, business and tech stakeholders
- Ability to manage functional design activities (requirements, decisions, risks, issues) and escalate architecture decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business and technical audiences
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness and ability to travel; UK security clearance or willingness to obtain
- Desirables: Oracle certifications; consulting environment experience
