Senior Manager, Oracle Project Management – with AI enabled processes, Oracle Finance Transformation

Overview

In this role you will lead and deliver large Oracle-enabled transformation programs within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice. You’ll guide client engagements, shape end-to-end Oracle Projects solutions, and mentor a high-performing team. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable, value-adding designs. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale Oracle projects (planning, execution, monitoring)
• Provide expert functional guidance to clients
• Lead a team of specialists
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and tailor solutions
• Build and manage strong client relationships and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to growth of the Finance Transformation practice

Key requirements

• Extensive practical experience in Oracle ERP implementations/Finance Transformation programs with leadership of Oracle Projects/Project Financial Management
• Proven track record leading end-to-end Projects functional workstreams across complex transformations (Project Foundation, costing, billing, accounting, capital projects, financial control)
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Project to Account architecture and integration with Procurement, Expenses, Time & Labour, Payroll, Fixed Assets, GL and related systems
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Project Management/PM, Project Costing, Billing and Control
• Ability to translate industry models into scalable Oracle Projects solutions
• Experience guiding design decisions and managing cross-functional dependencies across Finance, Procurement, HR/Payroll, Asset Management, Operations, Tax, Technology
• Client-facing experience with senior stakeholders; strong communication skills
• Understanding of implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies; ability to manage scope, risks, dependencies
