Senior Site Manager – Residential Developer – South East London

Overview

Senior Site Manager for a flagship residential scheme in South East London, overseeing the internal fit-out across 2–3 blocks and reporting to the Senior Project Manager/Director. You will lead a site team to deliver high-value luxury apartments, from early works through handover. This role sits at the heart of a respected residential developer, offering a chance to shape a landmark project in a dynamic team. You will bring strong on-site leadership and deep knowledge of interior construction processes, contributing to project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• oversee the internal fit-out process for 2–3 blocks
• report to Senior Project Manager/Director
• lead and manage site team members
• apply strong knowledge of internal works from 1st fix to handover

Key requirements

• experience with residential developers on large-scale projects from start to finish
• strong knowledge of internal works processes (1st fix to completion and handovers)
• trade background advantageous
• CSCS Black Card (Desirable)
• SMSTS
• First Aid certificates
