Strategic GM & Commercial Director — Onsite Leader

SITA is seeking a General Manager & Commercial Director to lead the MAG account from its Manchester base, owning strategic leadership, commercial success and operational performance across MAN, STN and EMA. You will manage executive relationships and drive the evolution of the managed service model.

In this role you will steer a cross-functional team, embed the partnership, and push for revenue growth and customer satisfaction while aligning MAG’s ambitions with SITA’s capabilities.
