Overview

In this role, you will lead UK&I HR strategy and operations as a key member of the EMEA HR leadership team. You’ll partner with country leadership to align people initiatives with business goals and manage organizational design, change programs, and HR operations including payroll, benefits, data integrity, and Workday. You will guide employee relations, engagement, and wellbeing, using data to drive decisions and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. The position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape people strategy across a multinational environment with AI-enabled tools. You will collaborate across leadership to support growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the UK&I HR strategy aligned with EMEA/global objectives
  • Advise country leadership to tie people initiatives to business goals
  • Lead organizational design and change management programs
  • Oversee local HR operations (payroll, benefits, data integrity, HR systems like Workday)
  • Advise on UK/Ireland employee relations, labor laws, performance management, disputes
  • Drive employee listening, wellbeing, and engagement using data analytics
  • Champion DE&I across talent acquisition, development, and daily operations
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled tools to optimize HR processes and decision-making

Key requirements

  • 10+ years of HR experience with leadership in a country or regional role within a multinational environment
  • Deep expertise in UK and Irish employment law and local workplace nuances
  • Proven success in driving people strategy, organizational change, and employee engagement
  • Strong HR platforms and systems experience (e.g., Workday) and advanced Excel skills
  • Exceptional influence and communication abilities with executives
  • Resilient, adaptable, and empathetic work style for handling complex matters and tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English
  • Broader EMEA experience (preferred)
  • Additional languages (preferred: French, German, Dutch)
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools to HR workflows (preferred)
