Overview
In this Senior Family Solicitor role, you will lead the new Milton Keynes office within a respected family law practice. You will manage high net worth cases across finances, divorce, mediation, civil partnerships, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, while shaping the office’s growth. You’ll mentor junior lawyers and drive business development to expand the firm’s client base. The position combines leadership with a client-focused, collaborative culture during an exciting expansion phase. You will work with top family law experts to deliver high-quality outcomes and strategic advice.
Responsibilities
- Lead and establish the Milton Keynes family law office as part of growth plans
- Manage high net worth finances, divorce, mediation, civil partnerships, and prenuptial/postnuptial matters
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers
- Drive business development and networking to build client base
- Collaborate with senior leaders to maintain client-focused, supportive culture
- Support private children matters as part of the family law portfolio
Key requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ family law experience
- Experience in managing and mentoring juniors
