Overview

As an Account Manager within our Facilities Management team, you will oversee a high-profile JLL/Aviva portfolio, delivering safe, efficient, and high-standard services. You will be the main link between WPS, JLL, and Aviva, building strong relationships and driving operational performance. Your focus will be on client satisfaction, service excellence, and continuous improvement across the account. This role offers influence over strategic planning, performance reviews, and opportunities to grow the account and shape service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for JLL and Aviva stakeholders across the portfolio.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead delivery of all contracted FM services in line with agreements.
  • Monitor and drive improvements in operational and commercial performance.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve targets.
  • Review KPIs and service reports and implement improvement actions.
  • Ensure health, safety, environmental, and compliance standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and supply chain partners for seamless service.
  • Support contract retention, service enhancements, and account development.
  • Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning.

Key requirements

  • Experience as Account Manager, Contract Manager, or Senior FM role.
  • Strong FM service delivery knowledge in commercial property environments.
  • Proven track record in managing key client relationships and stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness with budget and financial performance experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience interpreting KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety and compliance in FM.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and supply chain partners.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
