A forward thinking PQS consultancy is seeking a determined Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to act as a primary contact for clients, offering advice and trying to find solutions, whilst also mentoring and supervising less experienced members of the team.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on a diverse range of projects across an array of sectors including healthcare, residential, leisure and education.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited
- At least 5 years’ experience in a PQS
- Client facing experience
- MRICS or in progress
- Car + driver’s license
- Experience running projects client side
