EHC Assessment & Review Officer – Hybrid

Leeds City Council is seeking an EHC Assessment & Review Officer to join the SEND team in Leeds. This hybrid role focuses on managing complex SEN casework, ensuring assessments, plans and annual reviews are completed within statutory timescales.

You will work restoratively with families and partners, analyse multi‑agency reports, communicate sensitively, and help improve the quality and timeliness of EHC plans while maintaining strong professional standards.
