Trauma-Informed Supported Housing Worker — Caseload & Plans

YMCA DLG in Crawley is seeking a Supported Housing Support Worker to join the Ewhurst Road team. The role will involve managing a caseload of residents and meeting with them weekly to develop personalised support plans, helping residents progress towards independent living.

The role operates within a trauma-informed and psychologically informed framework, with staff providing guidance on housing, budgeting, living skills, jobs and relationship building to support residents’ goals.
