Overview
As a Senior D365 CE and Power Platform Consultant, you will translate business needs into practical D365 CE and Power Platform solutions. You’ll act as the conduit between Solution Architects and the delivery team to ensure clear scope and objectives. You will design, configure, and implement solutions, lead client workshops, and support end-user adoption. This role combines technical delivery with stakeholder engagement to drive measurable business outcomes for a Microsoft partner. You’ll work in a dynamic environment that values collaboration, best-practice guidance, and impactful transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement D365 CE and Power Platform solutions
- Lead client workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions against business goals
- Serve as primary liaison between Solution Architects and delivery team to communicate scope and objectives
- Provide expert guidance and best practices on D365 CE and Power Platform capabilities
- Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct training sessions and support end-users to ensure successful adoption of the solutions
- Proven experience as a D365 CE and Power Platform Consultant
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and requirement catalogs
- Ability to lead workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Microsoft Partner experience
- Relevant certifications in D365 CE and Power Platform (highly desirable)
