Senior HR ER Lead – Employee Relations Strategy

Danone’s Nutricia UK is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to lead employee relations and partner with HRBPs to deliver people strategies across the site in Liverpool.

The role will manage ER casework end-to-end, coach managers through complex processes, interpret employment legislation, and support wellbeing, engagement, and governance of HR practices to drive compliant and business-focused outcomes.
