Site Manager

A leading architectural metalwork specialist delivering high-end packages across London is currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an upcoming project.

Location: Central London

Rate: £300 per day

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00

Type: Long-term ongoing contract (potential temp-to-perm)

Role Overview:

You will be leading the on-site delivery of a key staircase installation package in Central London, managing on-site trades and ensuring high standards of safety, accuracy, and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision and leadership of 5–10 operative staff on-site.
• Management and technical oversight of specialist metalwork and staircase installations.
• Enforcing health & safety regulations, conducting daily briefings/RAMS, and managing site logistics.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS card.
• Valid First Aid at Work certification.
• Proven background managing structural steel or architectural metalwork installation projects on-site.
