Duties:
Welcome customers and groups arriving for go-karting and paintball sessions.
Handle customer bookings by phone, online and in person.
Check customers in, confirm bookings and process payments.
Explain session times, prices, packages and basic venue rules.
Organise group bookings, birthday parties, corporate events and other activities.
Answer telephone calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally.
Coordinate with karting, paintball and activity staff to keep sessions running on schedule.
Maintain booking records, waivers and customer information accurately.
Deal with booking changes, and customer concerns.
Keep the reception and customer waiting areas tidy and presentable.
Promote additional activities, packages or refreshments where appropriate.
Carry out general administrative duties and support the management team when required.
Must have some sales experience
