SAP Data Lead: Oracle to SuccessFactors Migration (Hybrid)

MRP Group in London is seeking a SAP Data Lead to manage the Oracle to SAP SuccessFactors migration, owning data strategy, governance, cleansing, mapping, and validation across Employee Central and related modules.

You will lead end-to-end data migration activities, define ownership models between HR, Payroll and IT, oversee ETL pipelines, and ensure readiness for go-live and hypercare.
