Responsibilities

• lead multiple disciplines/teams on infrastructure projects across lifecycle
• set strategy and challenge stakeholders to achieve outcomes
• ensure health, safety and wellbeing within the team (CDM awareness)
• anticipate client challenges and craft applicable solutions
• foster inclusive teamwork and strong partnerships with clients and internal teams
• develop client relationships and grow partnerships
• coach and mentor colleagues, promoting best practices
• exhibit strong interpersonal skills and maintain trusted advisor relationships

Key requirements

• significant experience managing complex infrastructure programmes across sectors
• proven ability to lead, set standards and manage performance
• experience with procurement and NEC/other contracts
• experience managing contractors and consultants on infrastructure projects
• familiarity with public sector bodies and sustainability applications
