Residential Youth Care Officer – Trauma-Informed Impact

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Residential Care Officer Level 1 at Lincolnshire Secure Unit in Sleaford. The role is full-time and permanent, with a shift pattern including weekdays, weekends and bank holidays, to support young people who enter via courts.

You will work in a twelve-bedded unit; provide trauma-informed care, build skills, set boundaries, and help young people reach their potential while ensuring safety.
