Maintenance Technician – Injection Moulding (Panama Shifts)

Imperium Recruitment is seeking a confident Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our client’s busy Blackburn site. You will maintain and repair injection and blow moulding machinery, with a hydraulics focus, as part of a larger engineering team.

The role follows a Panama shift pattern (2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights) across 7 shifts per 2-week period, with a strong emphasis on reliability and quality in a plastics-based manufacturing environment.
