Program Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead IT and product initiatives end-to-end, guiding teams from planning to execution to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business and technical goals. You will partner with Product Management and IT as a cross-functional leader, coordinating stakeholders and driving decisions to bring offerings to market. You’ll manage risk, adapt plans, and communicate effectively with executives in a fast-paced, distributed environment. This position offers a collaborative, people-focused culture and a flexible hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize structured program schedules and milestones across product releases and launch teams
• Set deadlines and deliver quality outputs while adapting plans to changing data
• Hold team members accountable for commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables
• Identify, document, and mitigate key program risks with contingency plans
• Track dependencies and report progress to stakeholders
• Analyze trade-offs to recommend workable solutions and drive consensus
• Frame communications with appropriate context for intended audiences
• Ensure essential documents are created and shared to align the program
• Define clear success criteria, objectives, and requirements for the team
• Facilitate program meetings to update status and resolve issues
• Foster cross-group collaboration and ownership of initiative success

Key requirements

• 3+ years in a software development or technology-driven environment
• 8+ years delivering complex IT programs in enterprise settings with multiple workstreams
• Experience with Product and Engineering teams is beneficial
• Experience with geographically dispersed technical teams and third-party vendors
• Ability to interpret technical concepts into business-focused communications
