Program Manager

Overview

As a Program Manager at WWT, you will oversee sub-projects and Project Managers within a program, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and client expectations. You are the single point of contact for scope, status, and changes, coordinating with regional leadership and account teams. You’ll drive program health by communicating progress and escalations and by delivering on client business goals. This role offers the chance to shape cross-project delivery and stakeholder relationships in a professional services context.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage program-level budgets and financials
• Ensure accuracy of Empower cost and actuals tied to SOWs
• Monitor and communicate impact of changes on financials
• Track metrics, forecast trends, and manage change
• Support monthly P&L reporting with account and regional teams
• Ensure the program’s scope and SOW reviews are performed
• Understand and manage contract implications on schedule and costs
• Maintain and communicate a weekly, full program schedule
• Provide a program-level status and governance reporting
• Communicate program health to leadership and stakeholders
• Develop and execute internal/external communication strategies
• Manage risks, issues, and governance reviews for the program
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and serve as a trusted advisor
• Lead the program strategy and motivate the delivery team
• Set roles, responsibilities, and objectives to drive performance
• Proactively resolve conflicts and drive decisions when needed

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication

• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar project management software
