Sr. IT Program Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the regional PMO for UK, EU and Middle East, shaping governance and performance across IT infrastructure deployment projects. You will drive KPI definition, reporting, and data accuracy to improve program efficiency and capacity planning. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to forecast resources and budgets, and to enhance program management tools and processes. This position offers the opportunity to influence regional delivery that powers global fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Represent the region on Global PMO initiatives and implement them for EU, UK and Middle East
• Define and measure project and program performance KPIs
• Own forecasting mechanisms and reporting for program resources and budgets
• Support creation and maintenance of regional governance mechanisms and policies
• Maintain program management SOPs
• Assist in enhancement definition and user testing of program management tools
• Lead regional resource demand forecasting and capacity planning
• Support work allocation and prioritization discussions at regional level

Key requirements

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery, with results communicated to senior leadership
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience with ambiguity, prioritization, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
• Experience communicating clearly with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree
