Program Manager – Carrier Management, Global Mile Exports

Overview

As a Program Manager in Amazon Worldwide Fulfillment’s Carrier Management, you will drive defined projects to improve carrier performance across AWF destinations. You’ll track service KPIs, perform root cause analyses, and implement scalable processes and tools to enable repeatable operations. You will surface data-driven insights to inform decisions and support peak readiness planning through cross-functional collaboration. This role offers impact on global logistics and cross-border B2C operations, with exposure to senior leadership and a data-driven, results-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with 3PL carriers and track destination service KPIs, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Build and maintain scalable processes, tools, and documentation for repeatable carrier management operations
• Collect and analyze data to surface insights and influence destination service planning and business decisions
• Collaborate with programme managers and business leaders to support delivery of initiatives and resolve blockers
• Support the carrier management component of AWF Operations Peak Readiness Plans by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
