Associate Consultant – Customer Engagement Strategy & Execution (CESE)

Overview

In this role you will manage and deliver digital healthcare engagement projects for leading pharma and biotech clients. You will work with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that advance commercial and engagement objectives. As part of the CESE practice, you’ll contribute to data-driven, omnichannel strategies that transform how healthcare professionals and patients are engaged. This role offers cross‑functional collaboration and a clear impact on client success and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and synthesize insights to support project objectives
• Design and execute research methodologies to address complex challenges
• Create customer presentations and reports with clear visuals and impact
• Collaborate with consulting teams to develop innovative, tailored solutions
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and align on objectives
• Support proposal development with market analysis and strategic recommendations
• Coordinate project tasks and timelines with senior consultants to ensure quality delivery

Key requirements

• Bachelor (field as stated) or equivalent with 2 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare communications, or life sciences consulting
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client relationship management
• Attention to detail to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and quality
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project
• Understanding of approval processes and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
• Experience coordinating international project delivery or working with external network partners (preferred)
