Customer Engagement Specialist – Parts & Warranty

Hussmann Corporation seeks a Customer Engagement Representative to support the Parts Department by acting as the voice of the customer and coordinating with the parts team and factory to satisfy requests and resolve issues.

You will enter, collect, forward and troubleshoot customer information, manage warranty orders, monitor shipments, and maintain data integrity across warranty and freight processes in a fast-paced environment.
