Our client, a global manufacturing organisation, is seeking a proactive Graduate Engineer to join its engineering team in Wrexham. You’ll gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, product development and sustainable technology projects while collaborating with engineering teams internationally.
Job Description
- Support new product introduction projects from development through to mass production.
- Plan engineering experiments, evaluate products and analyse technical and manufacturing data.
- Support process improvements and problem-solving using engineering and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Contribute to sustainability and circular economy projects while collaborating with international engineering teams.
Compensation
- £32,000 – £34,000 starting salary, with annual salary reviews.

Days based role
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage priorities and willingness to travel internationally when required.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, continuous improvement, sustainability or circular economy principles would be advantageous.
