We are recruiting for an Eating Disorder Clinical Lead to join our specialist Community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Eating Disorder Team on the Isle of Wight. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and compassionate clinician to provide clinical leadership for our specialist Eating Disorder Service, supporting children and young people with eating disorders and their families across the Isle of Wight.
You will join a highly skilled and supportive MDT team, working alongside experienced colleagues who are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. The Eating Disorder Clinical Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate services for children and young people experiencing eating disorders. The post holder will provide clinical leadership, support service development, and work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of a responsive and high-quality Eating Disorder pathway.
The post holder will support the Children & Young People Services Cluster Lead and Clinical Lead to ensure the Eating Disorder Service delivers against quality, financial, operational, and access targets, including the national CYP Eating Disorder waiting time standards. They will be responsible for monitoring service performance, managing clinical risk, and ensuring compliance with local and national guidance, including NICE recommendations and relevant national eating disorder service standards.
