Overview

As Senior Project Manager at RLB in London, you will lead the delivery of complex Higher Education projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with senior client stakeholders, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets. Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion
• Apply structured project management processes and monitor progress with metrics
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery
• Oversee tender processes and contract administration
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities
• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across design, procurement, and construction
• Act as main point of contact for clients and interface for Account Management
• Mentor junior team members and manage resourcing for margin targets
• Support bid preparation, fee proposals, and business development
• Represent the company at industry events

Key requirements

• Experience delivering higher education, commercial, and life sciences projects from concept to completion
• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery and contract administration (NEC & JCT)
• Consultancy or client-side experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience in work winning and client account development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Scheduling experience (Asta Powerproject, MS Project or similar)
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
