Regional Clinical Lead & Deputy Manager — Travel

Barchester-Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to travel across the region, manage and develop teams in care homes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and service.

You will lead in the General Manager’s absence, implement action plans, monitor standards through audits and regulatory compliance, and develop strategies to achieve goals while focusing on residents’ quality of life.
