Overview
In this role you join a social housing–focused property litigation team in Exeter to handle a varied caseload. You work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, handling disputes, drafting and court work, while building strong client relationships. Responsibilities
- Housing management disputes
- Possession, disrepair and anti-social behaviour matters
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence and legal documents
- Court work, mediations and advisory support
- Building strong client relationships with housing providers (national and regional)
- Contributing to team initiatives and business development
Key requirements
- 0-3 years’ PQE (Solicitors or FCILEX)
- experience or interest in property litigation and/or social housing
