You will manage tribunal matters from early conciliation to appeal and contribute to business development and policy refinement. Responsibilities

  • Advising on status, rights, contracts, handbooks, redundancy and discrimination
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims from ACAS to appeal
  • Representing clients in Tribunals, mediations and dispute resolution
  • Providing strategic legal research and advice
  • Supporting corporate transactions and cross-department matters
  • Drafting articles and staying current with developments
  • Collaborating with PSLs and Paralegals to refine policies and templates
  • Participating in business development and client relationship activities

Key requirements

  • 1-5 years PQE in employment law
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law
  • Experience handling complex matters and Tribunal work
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
  • Attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • Proactive, organized and commercially aware approach
