About you
- Extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and reward structures
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and pay governance
- Proven track record delivering annual pay reviews and bonus cycles
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive data
What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and pension projects
- Develop & maintain job architecture and benchmarking frameworks to support internal equity and external competitiveness
- Provide expert reward advice to senior stakeholders and HR leadership
- Drive reward transformation initiatives and implement reward policies aligned with best practices
- Analyse reward data to generate actionable insights and produce detailed reports for executive teams
- Collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure accurate reward processing and compliance
- Manage reward governance, audit readiness, and internal controls
- Line manage and develop the Reward Advisor, supporting team capability and performance
