Role:In the role of Sales Manager you will further develop the introduction of specialist coupling products into the UK & Irish market across all market sectorsAs Sales Manager you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesThe successful Sales Manager will manage and develop existing customer accountsProvide solutions that meet customer requirements in terms of application, performance, timescale and budgetTake a collaborative approach with each prospect and customer enquiryBuild strong business relationships based on technical understanding of customer projectsProvide tailored solutions that meet customer needsEnsure all enquiries are accurately detailed so the quotation team understands the specific requirements of each customerEnsure reporting systems accurately reflect the status of all enquiries, opportunities and confirmed salesRepresent the company at trade shows and industry events
Experience Requirements:Experience in the couplings industry preferred but technical sales experience in other sectors consideredTechnical understanding of fluidic coupling mechanics an advantageDemonstrable experience managing and growing customer accountsExperience following a structures sales processExperience using a CRM system to manage and track opportunitiesExcellent relationship building skillsAbility to influence, close and negotiate effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal
