Salary band A: £25,948 (includes RLW uplift)
As the first point of contact for visitors to the centre, you’ll play a key role in providing a welcoming, informative, and professional experience for all. Whether you’re helping with membership enquiries, guiding potential members on a tour of our facility, or supporting events and activities, you’ll ensure every interaction is a positive one.
This is a varied and active role that involves a mix of customer service, administration, operational support, and hospitality – no two days will be the same!
About You
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team. You will support the day-to-day running of the leisure centre, including welcoming and assisting customers, handling membership and activity enquiries, and ensuring the facilities are operating smoothly. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in the leisure and fitness industry.
