Veterinary Surgeon Vacancy – Small Animal Vet – LIVERPOOL Area (to £65K)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at a growing and successful small animal practice in the LIVERPOOL Area, Merseyside

• full time permanent role working 4 days a week including 1 in 4 weekend rota and very occasional OOH (holiday cover)
• practice is an established, successful local group including a fantastic tier 3 veterinary hospital with superb up to date facilities and equipment including; CO2 laser, Laparoscopic equipment, CT scanner, MRI scanner etc.
• in this role you would be based between the hospital and some sole charge work at a local branch.
• great development opportunity and individual progression is actively encouraged.
• role requires experience and confidence in consulting and performing neutering/small surgical procedures and ability to work some periods of sole charge.

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• confident in consulting and routine surgical procedures
• able to work some periods of sole charge
