You will guide clients, design teams and contractors through BIM adoption, ensuring quality, compliance and value delivery. Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: design and author bespoke BIM strategies and workflows aligned with industry best practices; document inclusion in contracts.
• Implementation Leadership: roll out BIM methodologies across programs and projects to secure client adoption.
• Technical Assurance: conduct structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risks.
• Stakeholder Management: facilitate workshops and act as a digital services ambassador with project partners.
• Commercial & Business Support: prepare bid proposals, write reports, and develop internal docs and quality processes.
• Team Supervision: lead teams through peer reviews and maintain high quality standards.

Key requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in a BIM Manager role
• Deep knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and IMI Framework
• Proficiency in 3D authoring tools (Revit, ArchiCAD)
• Experience with clash detection and model checking (Solibri, Navisworks)
• CDE platforms (Forma ACC, Asite, Veiwpoint)
• Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Data verification and COBie understanding
• Emerging technology awareness and Morta software experience
