Overview

In this CSAM Manager role, you lead a high-performing team focused on turning cloud adoption into measurable business outcomes. You partner with executives to drive AI-driven transformation, ensure delivery excellence, and sustain customer value across the portfolio. You foster cross-functional collaboration and governance to deliver tangible impact while scaling a diverse, inclusive team. This is a chance to shape strategic customer success at scale within Microsoft Cloud offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of CSAMs, aligning on talent, onboarding, coaching and performance
  • Drive AI transformation by translating strategy into measurable business outcomes and governing AI programs
  • Oversee consumption and usage excellence, securing ongoing value and identifying new opportunities
  • Manage customer health, risk, and crisis responses with proactive engagement and delivery governance
  • Ensure delivery excellence through high-quality success plans, resource alignment, and contract governance
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify roles, enable cross-team collaboration, and accelerate multi-cloud adoption
  • Coach teams for cross-cloud workload projects to production, including resource orchestration and escalations
  • Deliver high-quality production deployments and maintain portfolio health with robust reporting

Key requirements

  • Experience leading customer success, technology sales, consulting or program delivery at scale
  • Proven people leadership across virtual and cross-functional teams with inclusive, collaborative culture
  • Ability to drive transformation and technology adoption with customers
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across organizational boundaries
  • Executive-level communication skills (CxO/BDM) and strong written/presentation abilities
  • Business and technical acumen with knowledge of enterprise cloud workloads and current cloud/industry trends
  • Desire to work in the Public Sector
