Master Data Lead – Finance & Product (FTC until Dec 2027)

Overview

As MDM Lead – Finance & Product, you will own global master data governance for Finance and Product and drive data quality across systems. You will lead a small team of MDM Analysts, partner with stakeholders across IT and the business, and support ERP and transformation initiatives. You will define policies, monitor quality metrics, and build governance to sustain operational excellence. This is a chance to shape data integrity in a global, fast-paced environment and influence cross-functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the global expert for Finance and Product master data governance, standards, and processes
• Lead and develop a team of two MDM Analysts
• Drive data quality improvements and ensure master data integrity across business systems
• Partner with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, IT, and third-party providers to identify and deliver process improvements
• Develop and enforce MDM policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Define and monitor data quality metrics, implementing solutions to address risks and opportunities
• Support ERP and business transformation initiatives through MDM leadership and expertise
• Create and maintain process documentation and deliver training to users and stakeholders
