Here at The Penny Group, our PersonalAssistants provide dedicated support to members of the Leadership Team andSenior Advisers. This includes inbox and diary management, coordinating clientmeetings, maintaining accurate records, arranging internal and externalmeetings, supporting training and company meetings, managing travelarrangements and helping to ensure that client communications and documentationare completed accurately and on time.

The role will require you to work closelywith advisers, the Client Service Team, senior management and other colleaguesto ensure that high-quality client service is delivered. You will beresponsible for managing your own workflow, anticipating requirements, keepingaccurate records and proactively supporting the wider team, while working inaccordance with tPG, Openwork and regulatory requirements.

Experience

  • Two years’ experience in a PA role preferred

Who could be a potential candidate forthis position?

  • An experienced PA looking to build ontheir administrative and organisational skills within a growing Charteredfinancial planning business, with the opportunity to work closely with seniorleaders and advisers and play an important role in delivering an excellentclient experience.
  • Candidates should have previous experienceworking as a PA, with two years’ experience preferred, together with a strongbackground in administration.
  • The successful candidate should be highlyorganised, able to manage their own workload and work effectively with minimalsupervision, while consistently maintaining high standards of accuracy andprofessionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and communicationskills are important, together with a confident, clear and professionaltelephone manner and the ability to build effective working relationships withadvisers, senior management, clients and colleagues.
  • The role would suit someone who isproactive, forward-thinking and able to anticipate what is needed, identifypotential issues and take ownership of tasks without needing to bemicro-managed.
  • Candidates should be comfortable workingunder pressure, managing competing priorities and dealing with ambiguity, whileremaining dependable and maintaining a strong focus on client service.
  • A general understanding of the financialservices market would be advantageous, together with good IT skills and workingknowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Candidates should be willing to continuedeveloping their skills and contribute to projects, events and wider businessactivities that support tPG in meeting its objectives.

Role Location:

The role will primarily be based at our Londonoffice.

Our positions are initially office basedto increase the opportunities to learn fromcolleagues. An officebased/working from home split is available once the Probationary period hasbeen successfully passed.
