Lead Global Growth for a World-Leading Recycling Equipment Manufacturer
M&K designs and builds some of the most advanced waste recycling equipment in the world — right here in Northern Ireland, and sold across the UK, Ireland, Europe, Asutralasia & North America. Now we’re looking for a commercially driven sales leader to take that growth international.
This isn’t just another BDM role.You’ll:
Develop new international markets across Europe, North America, the Middle East and beyond
Build our distributor and dealer network from the ground up
Win major capital equipment and turnkey recycling projects
Manage and mentor our UK Business Development team
Represent M&K at leading trade shows and industry events worldwide
What you’ll bring:
A proven track record in business development, sales management or commercial leadership
Experience managing and growing a sales team
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
A full UK driving licence and genuine appetite for international travel
Industry experience in waste, recycling, engineering or capital equipment is a big plus — but attitude and commercial instinct matter more than a specific CV.
