Clinical Applications Specialist (Monitoring Analytics) – London & South-Central region

Overview

In this role you promote Philips Healthcare solutions and provide clinical and technical support to ensure safe, effective use of equipment post-installation. You will train end users and hospital staff, drive customer satisfaction, and support product launches across London and the South-Central region. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure training quality, safety compliance, and ongoing adoption of monitoring analytics solutions. The position blends field-based training, customer engagement, and regulatory/quality responsibilities to improve patient care.

Responsibilities

• Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demos, seminars, and trade shows
• Collaborate with account team to meet modality results and targets
• Support new product launches
• Provide application reports after visits
• Train customers on optimal clinical procedures and equipment usage
• Re-train staff for new releases or procedure changes
• Set up and manage application training schedules with customers
• Ensure high-quality training and customer satisfaction
• Visit customers regularly to gather feedback on training and satisfaction
• Report to BU on usage difficulties and safety/regulatory concerns
• Stay updated on developments in clinical applications and operating field
• Ensure training complies with quality policy and regulatory training
• Report customer feedback according to quality standards
• Work closely with Account Managers and Product Managers to achieve results
• Report to Clinical Application Lead

Key requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge and experience of Monitoring products
• Experience with ECG systems is advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical field using monitoring devices
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and local language
• Experience/qualification in teaching/training
• Field-based role in healthcare environment
• DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check required
