Compass Associates is recruiting a Deputy Clinical Lead for an Urgent Treatment Centre in Portsmouth. The role blends advanced clinical practice with clinical leadership and mentorship within a busy UTC, delivering high-quality urgent care while developing the multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse or Paramedic with NMC or HCPC registration, advanced practice level 7, and an Independent Prescribing qualification.
