Debt Recovery & Financial Support Officer

Portsmouth City Council is seeking an ASC Debt Support Officer to provide a first-class service to Adult Social Care and its clients. You will manage a caseload of debt recovery cases, visit clients in homes or care settings, and handle payments and inquiries with empathy and integrity.

You will work closely with colleagues in Financial Assessments, Benefits and safeguarding teams to identify risks, prevent financial abuse, and ensure fair, compliant care charges are recovered.
