Bookings & Customer Care Coordinator

Enabled Living is seeking a proactive Bookings Officer to join the Customer Service Team in Greater London. You will coordinate equipment deliveries, collections and servicing to help residents live safely at home.

The role requires strong organisational and IT skills, excellent communication, and a customer‑facing approach. You will liaise with residents, carers, healthcare professionals and internal teams to keep services running smoothly.
