Youth & Family Housing Support Co-ordinator

Thirteen Group is recruiting a Support Service Co-ordinator for a 9-month secondment based at School View in Durham, supporting young families to live more independently.

You will join a small team delivering person-centred support, including weekly keywork sessions, safeguarding, referrals, and multi-agency collaboration within a housing scheme. The role offers the potential to become permanent and requires a driving licence for outreach work.
