Assistant Head of Future Schools – Vision & Innovation

Thomas’s Clapham is seeking an Assistant Head – Head of Future Schools to lead innovative initiatives across our prep school community in London. The role focuses on developing forward-thinking opportunities, supporting staff, and driving excellence in teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will have vision, credibility and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with children, parents and colleagues. This is a full-time, permanent post with a start date in early 2027.
