In this role you will lead the technical management of the SITS student records system, partnering with Registry and IT to deliver upgrades, integrations and cloud-focused improvements. You will shape how SITS supports student administration across the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, balancing autonomy with collaboration to meet institutional priorities. You’ll translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions, tackling SITS configurations and integration challenges with a proactive mindset. Responsibilities
- Develop, support and enhance SITS across the student records lifecycle
- Lead technical integration developments and cloud discovery efforts
- Manage upgrades and system infrastructure with autonomy on approach and priorities
- Collaborate with Registry, IT and stakeholders to deliver projects
- Translate business needs into technical solutions using SITS and integrations
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Tribal SITS configurations and best practices
- Oversee system integrations and maintain high-availability infrastructure
