Responsibilities
- Develop client-focused recruitment solutions through consultative fact-finding
- Create and execute a strategic business development plan to grow a scalable client portfolio
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with responsibility for candidates and clients
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Grow the Michael Page brand and nurture internal and external relationships
Key requirements
- Recruitment Consulting experience with In-House Legal professionals or Sales experience with legal knowledge and interest in recruitment
- Proven track record of building client partnerships and tailoring solutions to diverse client needs
- Demonstrated loyalty and success in previous roles
- Experience in building and managing mutually beneficial relationships
